Accountability Statement

Take a minute to write an introduction that is short, sweet, and to the point. If you sell something, use this space to describe it in detail and tell us why we should make a purchase. Tap into your creativity. You’ve got this.

At the heart of Improvizza! is a desire to bring together a community of improvisers to work to create a learning experience and different forms of theatre, centred around improvisation.

We welcome people from all backgrounds to be part of our community and celebrate diversity, equity, inclusion and affirm solidarity with those individuals and groups that are most socially vulnerable.

Improvizza! commits to anti-racism in its systems, practices and theatre-making and therefore actively disavow all forms of racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, transphobia ageism, classism, ableism and hate speech or actions that attempt to silence threaten and marginalise.

We commit to combating discriminatory treatments, unfair and biased practices.

We will hold ourselves accountable and invite you to hold us accountable to living out these values in our actions.
